Intouch 2014 problems (Access name)

Доброго времени суток, возникли определенные проблемы с созданием топиков в intouch 2014 r2 sp1 ( эта же проблема была замечена и на более ранней версии intouch 10.0). Проблема заключается в том что после создания нового имени доступа ( топика) , при попытки закрыть окно "access name"

выходит ошибка: "must enter access name". Далее нажатии кнопки: "ОК" не приводит не к каким результатом, оно выходит снова. При нажатии кнопки "Esc" выходит второе окно:

"Assertion Error.." с содержанием: "File wm.cpp Line 1211 Continue?" и две кнопки "Да", "Нет". При нажатии на кнопку "Нет" программа закрывается, при попытки открыть то же приложение выходит ошибка:
"The same application is being edited in another session. Cannot edit this application.". Если нажать на кнопку "да", то можно работать в приложении, но созданные топики он не видит и в итоге все приходит к ошибкам "access name". За раннее благодарю.

Runtime should be closed on the time you are doing modifications. First you create the access name in SMC and after in Maker.
The user should be local admin, not running on domain network.
BTW, after re opening the project what is the status?

Thanks for the answer. When working with WindowMaker. The WindowViewer visualization is closed . in SMC there are no errors or warnings, the log is clean. When you re-open the app in WindowMaker, the topic remains, but once you open Access Names and perform any actions ( edit or add), this error appears again. I edited the post above so that images appear.
