[?]: Issue with S7-1215C digital output

Hello to everybody,
i have a problem with my plc S7-1215C DC/DC/DC.
i'm trying to force the digital output but the led dont light on.
i connected 24vdc as supply of my plc and the same line has been connected to the connector 4L+ & 4M of the X12 Board.
i have upload more time the hardware configuration and i dont think that there is a software problem because i can work properly with digital output installed on phriperal device ET200S. furthermore i found one option: set true the output if the CPU go from RUN to STOP; in this case the led of the output works properly.
how can i do?

Have you checked the HW adress of your tag?
Maybe it has shifted by changing the HW config!
