Error Link CCW MICRO800Sim to Factory Talk

Hello guys!
I have a big problem !!
I'm working with a project with CLP MICRO 850 and Panel View 10, but I don't have the panel to test. In this way I am developing everything by simulation.
The problem is that when I try to create a Link in FactoryTalk with the CCW simulator, it generates an error in the creation of the Facktory Talk connection with the MICRO850 simulation.
- I tried everything including selecting the "Shortcut Type = Symbolic" and nothing works!
- I have updated all EDS and Patch / Pack and nothing works!

I'm working with a virtual machine, below are the versions of my software:
- Virtual Machine - VMWARE Workstation 15.5.6
- Windows 7 Professional - 64Bits
- Connected Components Workbench "CCW" - Ver. 12.00.00
- FactoryTalk View Studio - Ver. 11.00.00 (CPR 9 SR 11)

note:
FactoryTalk warns that the Ethernet connection point cannot be used.

Does anyone know what this error is and how to solve it?
