TCP/IP in S7-1500

Hello

I have a CPU 1512 with 32 DI & 16 DO

I want to use ModBus TCP/IP Protocol so I want to know what I would need

1-Should I use Communications module CM 1542-1 for this application or not

2- The License for using this protocol is it needed : 6AV6676-6MB40-0AX0 & I wonder does it work with all S7-1500 CPU's or certain models only

You can use internal interface of CPU.
6AV6676-6MB40-0AX0 this is license that is required for the redundant Modbus/TCP instructions.
