I need to upload a program from an old HMI TD 20 and download it on another TD20.
I have a PC/TTY interface and using Coros ComText.
When selecting the interface in ComText I get the error: "AS511 special files do not exist".
and when starting the transfer the error: "Mess.081: Trans. error during COM <-> TDOP".
Do I need a special drive to use the PC/TTY S5 cable?
When starting the TD20 I have the option of V24 and TTY.
When I select V24 it is ready to transfer.
When I select TTY it immediately carries the message "006 COM-Transfer Fail"
I also cannot find the Siemens TD20 HMI manual
I am in a virtual machine with windows 98 and the computer has a physical serial port.
Problem transferring program with ComText to TD20

You wrote: "When selecting the interface in ComText"
In which menu point is this?
I'm not member that COMTEXT has "select interface" setting.
