I found this forum through Google. Long story short: My parents are just recently divorced and my father took the control unit for electricity with him. Since then half of the house isn't working properly anymore. Winter is coming and we can't even heat the house. Many electricians had a look at it, but most couldn't figure out what they are dealing with. One said that we should figure out what program the unit uses and then we are good to go.
It's a Schneider Automation TSX Compact E984 275 and I figured out it needs to be programmed with either Concept M/XL V2.5 (372SPU47201V25) (372SPU47401V25). Does anybody have access to these softwares? I can't find anything online except weird offerings over 2,000$. It's also connected to a Allied Telesyn AT-GS900/16 where many ethernet cables are missing.
I appreciate any help, because it's really hard especially when winter approaches. My mother and my little sisters are also pretty desperate atm. Thank you in advance guys.
