how to use GX Works 2 accessing Mitsubishi PLC via GOT1000

I have tried many time to use GX Works 2 to access PLC via GOT1000 but failed. Can guide me how to do the communication connection.....

What I have done:
I have found the IP Address of PLC module. 192.168.3.39
Transfer setup connection
1. PC side I/F Serial Setting
　・ Select [USB].

2. PLC side I/F Detailed Setting of GOT
　・ CPU mode: Select [QCPU (Q mode)]. 　
　・ Select [via GOT(Ethernet) transparent mode].
　　　　・ Model: Select [Ethernet Built-in CPU].
　　　　・ IP address: 192.168.3.39

3. Other Station Setting
　・ Select [No Specification].
