Does anyone have a download link for Studio 5000 Logix Designer V32.00.01 or later?

Hello everyone!

Question is basically in the title. I have a version of Studio 5000 Logix Designer V32.00.00 but I need the V32.00.01 or later for a safety digital input module (5094-IB16S to be more specific) but it only works with V32.00.01 or later.
Can you help me out on this? maybe providing a link to download?
