Intouch 2014 communicatio to TSX Premium

Hi Everyone

I had to replace an HMI & the project Intouch 7.11 was converted to Intouch 2014 R2 SP1 version. The PLC is TSX Premium.

Installed the Intouch 2014 & DAServer & Configured. The problem is that there is no communication with the PLC. It was observed that the Device Group in the diagnostics is not found.
Else the Access Names is configured as for Access Name (checked in Windowmaker & Tag Dictionary). The pictures of the SMC & Access Name could be viewed on the web address below..

Any help in regard to the PLC communication with the Intouch would be much appreciated.

Hello try remove Poste2 in node name if Intouch Viewer run on same machine is not necessary.

to see something in Diagnostics>Device Groups should an application request something from DAServer.
to make a test open excel and in a cell type
=applicationname|<devicegroup>!itemname
example

where Pump_Normal is Device Groups name and level is Device Items name
