i want to make a backup of fanuc 18imb system files and also want to know about file OPRM-INF..

Hello. You need to press two buttons on the right (marked 1) before you power the controller on, keep holding them till it boots into special menu.
Then insert PCMCIA flash card in port (2), doesn't have to be big, 16MB will suffice.
Then use right 6 keys to navigate in the menu, there are options to manipulate system files, backup SRAM and clear memory card.
Most of the system files are unreadable, and if you try to save them to flash card it will fail with message "FILE PROTECT", I recommend going through all system files, attempting to save them, and findings ones you can save. Also don't forget to backup SRAM. Detailed manual as how to use that menu available in manual "63525EN" which is easily googleable, starting at page 915.
