[?]ET200M 153-1 interface module issue with ELAU C400

Hello.

I have a case that need to use ELAU C400(master) connect to ET200M 153-1 via profibus , the HW configuration as below:
MASTER : ELAU C400
SLAVE : IM153-1 (6ES7 153-1AA03-0XB0), DIx16 (6ES7 321-1BH02-0AA0), DOx16 (6ES7 322-1BH01-0AA0)

i have uploaded all the configuration screenshot, after download configuration the C400 not work, and IM153-1 module BF LED always blinking, pls help to solve my problem, thanks!

Are DP-address IM with DIP-switches set?

• 6=OFF (2^6)
• 5=OFF (2^5)
• 4=OFF (2^4)
• 3=OFF (2^3)
• 2=OFF (2^2)
• 1=ON (2^1)
• 0=OFF (2^0)
• not used=OFF

after change the DIP-switch position need power restart
