S7 200 cpu222 cn can not upload program block

I have cpu222 cn when upload program upload reach 100% and microwin closed I am try all Microwin v4 sp(1,2 till 9) same problem and used another pc but still
Microwin crashed and closed after 100%upload
And I can upload system block and data block but when try program block microwin closed automatically after 100% upload.

I need your help if some one face same problem and he found the solution.

Not sure but, you can try to change Regional Language on the PC to China and then try to upload.
