Failled communication between plc mitsubishi fx5u and movicon

I can't communicate(ethernet communication) between plc Mitsubishi fx5u and movicon, i used all the communication drivers (MELSEC-A TCP,MELSEC-FX,MELSEC-FX3U TCP,MELSEC-Q TCP, Modbus tcpip)

Any help please
