TIA portal RunTime can not connect to PLC.

Post by Lexiy »

Hi All.
I have strange situation. TIA portal v15. Project with PLC and SCADA on Runtime professional.
I can connect to PLC with "go online", but if i start Runtime then no conection to PLC. Another PC with same TIA Portal can connect to PLC via "go online" and Runtime.
On PC with problem is installed Windows 10 prof, Wirewall off. PLC with IP on the local network.
I try to disable antivirus. It is not solve problem.

I readed manuals. TIA portal use port 102 for all conections. Is it correct or "go online" and RunTime are use different ports?
Can anyone help me? Any ideas? 12 years with Siemens PLC and the first time such a problem.

Set ALSO the S7 interface from Set PG/PC Interface (old settings for Simatic Manager).
Sounds crazy but Runtime uses also settings from Set PG/PC Interface.

check your access point settings of S7ONLINE.
