Help ! Backup PLC cannot read

Please help me , I dont know whats wrong happen , during backup PLC, the Log is success but it cant read by CX, now the PLC is ERR / ALM Lit

Please try to use a CF card for backup

Is it possible to backup with CF, even when the Red ERR/ALM lit, Mr Toms ? Can you tell me how to do it ? Thank You

1. Set DIP-7 on the CPU to On, insert an empty memory card, and power on the PLC;
2. Long press the power button on the top of the CF card slot (more than 3 seconds) until the yellow BUSY light is on;
3. The light is off (the backup is over), the PLC is powered off, DIP-7 is set to Off, and the memory card is taken out;

In the case of ERR, the program may not be backed up, and your CPU has been severely damaged!

Thanks Mr Toms, I'll try CF
in case CF backup fail, any way to erase all program inside so I can write a new one ?
of any other way to fix this CPU ERR/ALM lit ?
I think I know the reason the ERR/ALM lit is, becasue I am using software to erase UM Password , will this kinda software damaged be fixed somehow ?
