Hi to all.
We have a plc P572623 from schneider.
This is programmed with PL7 software which we have and it is v4.5 SP1.
The problem is the connection, we are not able to connect and we tried several times.
We tried with both TSXPCX1031 directly to a serial port (not through a USB converter) and also TSXPCX3030 and still we cannot establish a connection.
Double checked all settings tried different combinations and still no success.
Has anyone experienced anything similar and maybe know there is a special/hidden move that needs to be done to connect to the PLC?
Just a note: We changed PC, CABLE, PLC and still no success, so its not a matter of plc or cable or even pc in my opinion is something within the settings but this is just a suggestion.

Hi, first of all you need to install and setup the unitelway driver.
Then by using driver manager you need to setup the communication settings.
Then you will be able by using driver manager to check the connection to the PLC.
Only after that you can start the PL7 and try to estabsh the connection to th PLC.

Hi,
I have installed the unitelway driver.
I change the com driver depending on what is in the device manager.
Use default settings for the com parameters.
But still on the unitelway driver manager test tab i get no connection.

Is this driver installed with the PL-7 program? It is not working.
You need to uninstall it and install another one that was included in the DRIVERPACK from Schneider.

I have downloaded and installed the new drivers but still the same.

Just to be sure. Does anyone have the USB drivers for the cable. Maybe those are not ok. Or with this driver installation posted here the cable drivers should also be installed.
