[?]: Siemens ProVision VS710 camera

Dear All,

My company has the siemens vision system ProVision that uses VS710 camera and this camera is broken so we need to change to a new camera with downloading backup for camera profile
and we found an old computer that installs provision software so we try to download the program and online for edit
we cannot do that its have error message on the status bar 'Program too old'.
So please help me if you know the solution to fix or if you have the software please tell me.

The problem is VS710 broken and we try to download the program to the new camera it's show error as the picture (picture ).
Please help if you have an old software version.

The connection is fine. My camera is version 2.1 and Provision software that we have is version 2.0 so I think this is a problem. Do you have Provision version 2.1 ?.
