what for a TIA Version?

In TIA V16, V17 it's part of your installation - it is no more called multiuser server - it is called project server

in TIA V15 it is a separate file - but TIA V15 is not more on the siemens page as trial version.

But if you take TIA V15.1 it is also a part of the TIA Portal - it is available on the siemens page
