Keb f0 series

I have keb f0-r11 series drive that it's obsolete now I don't find it,please tell me can I replace it with keb f4 or f5 series drive?and whish software is for backup parameters and restore to keb f4 or f5

You can back up parameters with Combivision.
You can replace it with keb f4 drive
