Omron CQ1MH-CPU51 Memory Error / Fatal

Hy All I have trouble with my machine,
the plc uses cqm1h-Cpu51 . This machine has been dead for almost 2 years when I want to turn it back on it won't turn on. on the plc there are only indicator lights and alm/err lights that are on, after I checked using the cx programmer , there are 2 lights 1 battery error 2. memory error. and when I want to backup the program but it doesn't work.. please help.. thanks

The battery that was holding the program memory is dead. You have nothing to do but look for someone to re-program the plc (time and money), or look for someone who has exactly the same equipment to upload the program from it.
