Omron HMI project password remove

I have some HMI Omron NS10-TB00B-v2, everytime i download new project into HMI, It requime type project password but I don't know it because my company gave it to me and they don't remember too. I appreciate somebody help me fix this problem. Thanks

I mean it show on the HMI: type password project....if I don't have password it doesn't download. it is not a real project, just a few shape and try to download into HMI

I see what you mean, in this case if you have a USB or serial remote shared device maybe I can fix it for you

Can you give me more detail how to do it, I have a usb but don't understand remote shared device. Please tell me what to do.
