Beckhoff Twincat 3 - Error F852 One cable feedback: Position error limit exceeded

Good morning everyone,

Did anyone of you encounter such error by Beckhoff Axis or PLC / Twincat 3:

0x0000F852 One cable feedback: Position error limit exceeded

Linear axis: AX5206-0000-0210 EtherCAT Drive

I did not find any usefull information in manual or internet about this error. Perhaps anyone of you knows what is the cause for it? The axis in question was referenced many times already. As well the encoder value was set to 0 by tab Drives->Nc functions -> Set actual position. The error appears once in an hour or two. More often with higher velocity. We switched the drives and encoder with one in a different station. That has helped for a while but the error returns.

Did anyone had previous encounters with it or knows how to solve it?
