One 4-20mA signal to two analog inputs

Post by MZohaib92 »

Hi,

I want to read transducer signal on PLC.

I am using 7kg60008ab/nn transducer and it's analog (4-20mA) output is connected with analog meter.

Can I connect the transducer current output (4-20mA) signal to PLC analog input in series with analog meter display???

So that I can read the value on PLC simultaneously with analog meter?

Only via Analog module with Differential input without connected Ground in "4-wire configuration"

Hello,

my first question, it is correct that the output signal is 4-20mA?

I found in one manual 0-20mA. But I don't understand the differce between NN and MM.

The transducer has 3 analoge output signals.

My advise ist to test something with two analog meters in out line with the output like following:

output -- analog meter --analog meter -- output

Hope it helps

Or, easiest way, you can use signal conditioner/splitter.
One input multiple output.
You can choose loop powered device or active device.
There is option with screw or push in.
One example:
loop powered with screw connection

active power with screw connection

Or all in one...

Or cheapest option as georg_demmler said. Configure other outputs and use it for analog meter.

Cheers.
