CFC & PLCsim Online values Doesn't Match

Hi dear Experts ,

I installed & tried PCS7 for first time (before i worked s7 300 with simatic 5.6) and after writing a simple Program in CFC & downloading to PLCsim ,i noticed that online Values in PLCsim & CFC-test mode doesn't match !!

I have a program that my output is turning on/off every 1sec (winking -i used clock memory M0.5)

PLCsim values is Good !! it shows Output 1&0 every 1 sec but that values in CFC barely change . i changed test setting , watch Cycle to 1 Sec(min value) and nothing changed !!
my CFC blocks are inside OB35 (100ms) , after this problem i moved all charts to OB1 and nothing changed.
_can anyone explain about Sample Time & monitoring scan time?
my PLCsim Scan cycle is 1000ms

_is my CFC working right with this delay ? is it normal thing?

i use PCS7 9.1 on windows 10 installed on Vmware.
