Hello ,
since the old CU240S PN-F is unfortunately no longer available, used ones have now been purchased from a commercial seller.
The problem now is that the used CU240S PN-F module has an unknown password.
Therefore the failsafe ranges (auth. levels) cannot be changed.
Without old password, no factory reset possible.
According to the manual, support should be contacted if the password is unknown.
Does anyone know if there is an easier way to set up the entire system to the factory setting, even if the old password is not known?
What does support want to do? Is there a master password??
Setting up a new project and transferring/overwriting it doesn't help either.
