Can't use # "hashtag" in my program

hello, i can't seem to be capable of using # in CX-programmer, it works just fine in the comments but when i wanna write a value in HEX with #, the # doesnt work.
PS: tried copy paste, didnt work
also tried the visual keyboard, didnt work also

any help ?

I have found it, i just disabled the smart input option and chose classic input mode
