ABB ACSM1 UMFI1030 cannot be backup by Drivestudio

Hi everybody,

I need help from all of you. I had a machine which using ACSM1 with firmware UMFI1030, when I tried to use Drivestudio, it will pop up a message window "Texts are not available in the active language for the drive connected to {1}{247}". It can read all the parameters but cannot backup. It will pop up "Backup creation failed. Failed to load backup file names, Error -Unknown error 0x80004005". The computer OS using is windows XP with Drivestudio 1.5. I had tried to upgrade to Drivestudio 1.6 and Windows 7 with different computer but all had the same problem.

I had success in drives with with firmware UMFI1460, 1480 and 1510, but not ok in UMPI1030.

Do anybody have any idea on this problem
