increase work memory CPUs only for TIA Portal V17:
CPU 1211C is now 75 Kbytes (from 50 KB)
CPU 1212C is now 100 Kbytes (from 75 KB)
CPU 1214C is now 150 Kbytes (from 100 KB)
CPU 1215C is now 200 Kbytes (from 125 KB)
CPU 1217C is now 250 Kbytes (from 150 KB)
The CPU disables SNMP by default
