WinCC v16 Advanced Logging and Recepies Popup

Hi, I have a little problem. System is WinCC v16 Runtime Advanced.

When I launch my project, after awhile I get popup that says, that licenses for Logging and Recepies options missing. Is there a way to add those licenses with EKB? Or maybe they already here, but I did something wrong with EKB before?

May be is working for v16... From ekb, install: SIFLWCLORT9999 WinCC Logging for RT Advanced (SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced V15.1 in TIA PORTAL)
