At the moment there is no WinCC RT Professional V18, there is no WinCC RT Advanced V18, there are no WinCC Advanced V18 Panel Images.

WinCC RT Advanced V18 and WinCC Advanced V18 Panel Images will NOT exist. V18 uses V17 runtimes for them.
But WinCC Professional Runtime V18 exists, let us wait and hope some good guy could share it later...

My opinion:
I bought one* "Yellow floppy disk" ("Yellow floppy disk") Step7 2010 for 1500 euros and used it up to version Step7 2017.
For 7 years I bought Siemens equipment for millions of euros !!!
* I also bought licenses for 5.1... and TIA Portal... but not a single key from them was transferred to the computer
in Russia, the license for Step7 for the S7-1200 was freeware to conquer the market and drive out competitors - therefore there was a large market for the application of S7-1200.

There are different business models - dreamy and real.
Dreams - they will have to buy a license for a new version of the incompatible Portal every year, since they will buy equipment that is only compatible with the new Portal.
Reality - Why would I buy equipment at very high prices and pay every year for a new license for a new Totally disIntegrated Portal when I can use other equipment with the same functionality?

For Russia, Siemens' problems with the future new Wibu protection will not be relevant.

За 7 лет я купил оборудование Сименс на миллионы евро !!!
* я также покупал лицензии для 5.1... и ТИА Портала... но ни один ключ с них так и не был перенесён на комп
в России лицензия на Шаг7 для S7-1200 была условно бесплатна для завоевания рынка и вытеснения конкурентов - поэтому был большой рынок применения S7-1200

Есть разные бизнес модели - мечтательные и реальные.
Мечты - им придётся ежегодно покупать лицензию на новую версию несовместимого Портала так как будут покупать оборудование, которое совместимо только с новым Порталом.
Реальность - зачем я буду покупать оборудование по очень высоким ценам и платить каждый год за новую лицензию для нового Тотально дезИнтегрированного Портала, если я могу использовать другое оборудование с таким же функционалом ?

Для России проблемы Сименса с будущей новой защитой Wibu будут не актуальны.
У нас взяли курс на импортозамещение = "Мы достаём современные микропроцессоры из старых холодильников, стиральных машин, микроволновок и телевизоров и паяем свои ПЛК

Initially it was planned for V18, but was delayed due to insufficient final tests.
That will be the beginning of a new era.
The "generated" keys available here are often make the work easier for those as well
who are paying customer of Siemens software stuff (like me) and do not make business
with illegal keys.

With WinCC RT Professional V18/19 it's not even funny anymore. There are two updates for it, but they ask for an installed package that cannot be found anywhere.
