Chinese P8000 Hydroelectric Power Monitor System

I have an IPC install a EDCS-8000 program for Hydroelectric Power System installed by a Chinese Chongqinh New Century Company. Recently the computer crashed and we replace another brand new mainboard, then computer runs again in Windows XP. But the startup Prun.exe program automatic pops up an activation 35 digit number and requires serial keys. How can I bypass this phase or can you help me generate a suitable key?

This is the message I am getting for google drive: "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service."
I suggest you make a rar file of the installer with password and share new link and password of the file.
