Request. Hitech pws1711 stn. error communication error code 0283

Hello friends.

Any idea for that error communication error code 0283 which doesn't let us run the machine. Communication with the PLC is ok, because if we disconnect the plc, another error shows up, disappearing when we reconnect it.
