Output or wiring fault on plc
We have a Mitsubishi Fx3u-128M. On output Y64 and Y66 we get the same problem. We have added Y66 because we thought Y64 was faulty. When you test the outputs without the relay connected you get the full 24Vdc. When you connect a relay. Finder, Omron or Murr the voltage drops to 2Vdc. The common for that section stays on 24Vdc. Then we pulled in a OV from the power supply straight to the relay coil and a new wire from the plc to the 24Vdc to the relay coil. Sometimes the relay does work. Can it be the plug with the wires on?

Re: Output or wiring fault on plc
Hello
1- Check the output type of your PLC (sink or source) and wire according to the same model.
2- The output relay or transistor Y64 inside the PLC may be defective (check it)
Let me know if you have any questions (https://www.rsgroup.ir/)
