Upload from F CPU without checkbox enabled?

Upload from F CPU without checkbox enabled?

Hi,

Is there a tool to upload from an S7-1500F CPU which has the checkbox disabled for 'enable consistent upload from the F-CPU' ?

I don't even really need the safety program, moreso the standard PLC program inside the Main OB.
