ABB 800xa 5.0 migrate to 800xa 6.0

Please help me to migrate ABB 800xa 5.0(32 bit) to 6.0(64 bit) .I have 5.0 SCADA engineering work backup in 5.0 (32 bit). How to do that Please help me.Do you have any migration tool?
