SIMATIC S7-300 training kit not working.
PLC doesn't go to RUN mode, and still in STOP mode all the time.
STOP mode led is blinking every 1 second, even when I press MRES key.

Run "Setting PG/PC interface"
Select your adapter (MPI Auto or Profibus Auto)
Diagnose connection - Speed and Adress
if
Check cable connection and Terminator "On"

It turned out to be the flash card.
My colleague brought another flash card from another kit and it worked on this PLC.
And my mistake is that I formatted the old flash card, and later I checked the Siemens forum and I read that I should've put it in another kit and try to reset it from there.
Now what I can do ? buy a new flash or what exactly ?
