GRAF SYTECO display with IFM PLC diagnosis

Hey there, I am contacting you cause we have a Terex-Pegson 1000SR crusher that has problems and our local and national service guys/mechanics just cannot fix, the guy who supposedly is official from powerscreen needs to come all the way from argentina and he did not confirm what the issues were, and they jkust charge and absurd amount of money...

I am really desperate to find a fix to this, as no one seems to know much, this is Uruguay im talking you from. I have ran out of resources, so you're my only hope now.

It is a tracked crusher, we bought it used from a local company. it has a westbury panel that dates to 2019 for some reason (machine is actually way older it seems)

It has weird issues, which I will attach videos and pictures, but im gonna describe them anyway.

#1 can bus error when engaging the crusher: upon hitting the crusher button, machine will try to engage the crusher, but when doing so, will first display "PLC Communication failure" and then either "can bus error" or "hfo pressure error" - ALL of the sensors and solenoids were replaced and the wiring has been checked too. the ifm node displays a flashing pwr light, so should be working fine. on the LCD display it displays "ERR CAN0: 0141", its a graf syteco display. The can high/low voltages go from 2.5v idling to 3.3v when this happens, but the wiring is fine? so very weird.

#2 crusher bowl displays 100% even when sensor is unplugged. this also related to the same ifm node (node 5) - dont know what it can be

the software version is "07_CAN_v12_G1.ite"

in the video you can see I press the "Trituradora" button which means crusher. the product conveyor belt is running, lube pump too.

I need to see what is going on and if this is a software issue. I hope you guys can give me a hand. thanks.
