Upload HMI Magelis XBT-P021010 v1.1

Good evening!

I have a very old Magelis panel, model XBT-P021010 V:1.1, and I can’t perform an upload . The software I have is XBT-L1000 V4.51, but it gives me an error ("The transfer failed"). With this same software, I was able to back up a similar screen, but with BIOS model 2.2. From what I’ve read, for BIOS versions as old as 1.1, XBT-L1000 V3.5 is necessary.

Would anyone have the XBT-L1000 V3.5 software to send me a copy? I can’t find it anywhere due to its age.

Hi,
It's a communication problem. It depends on the hardware used for serial communication. Some USB-RS232 converters work better. If you're using an FTDI driver, changing the settings (latency to minimum value) may work.
