Backup PPC2100 to another IPC

Is this a good solution for replace the broken PPC2100
Because as my experience PPC2100 has many issue in hardware and have many error during operation, auto reset, screen freezes, CPU dies
Give me some advices
PS: i have to do this because ask a new replace from OEM is expensive and take a long time

Transferring the program to another IPC will be long and expensive.
There will be many "own" problems on another IPC.
