6ES5 095- 8ME01 Profibus Masterconfig via Com Profibus

Hello
I try to transfer the Profibusconfig via Com Profibus 5.1.2.3 to the 32KB EEProm of this 95 U.

We have only Siemens Field PG with cp5611 ... but it won´t run.

Did someone has a solution for the problem

Last Error :
Error changing the bus parameters of the PC Card.
All online functions were canceled

Thanks you very much for the answer.
But the problem is not with an s7 Station. I only have this problem with S5 95 U Master
The Profibusmateradress of the CPU is 1 and the maxium Profibuspeed is 1500 kbit.
I have tested the oldest field PG with windows XP and a newer one also with Windows XP.
On the newer Field PG M4 there is no choice to use the online function.
That means i couldn`t import or export the config via Sinec L2 to the EEprom inside PLC.
On this Field PG I have installed Com Profibus new ...maybe online function was disabled.
The result is the same. No online function avalilable.

On the oldest Field PG I can export to DP Master ... S5 95 U Master is detected with Adress 1 and 1500 kbit.
But after a few seconds i got the error message seen in my first post.
