Help for UNIOP software

Hello, I do have some projects for UniOp eTOP05 with .upr

I'm looking for the required engineering software.

I already tried version 6.0 but does not recognize ".upr" extension.

The tried the 5.08 but it accepts only ".dpr" extensions.

Can anybody help?

UPDATE: I contacted the Exor support who sent me a .dpr file which, together with my .upr file, can be opened with Designer 6.
