Hello Everyone,
I have installed Wincc8.1 in the system and OS is windows 11 Pro 25H2 version
License also transferred , while creating the project it is showing the error
"A basic application could not be started
Please check your software license" !
Please help to solve this error

Open Windows Services and confirm that Microsoft SQL Server (SIMATIC instance) is running
Ensure your Windows computer name has no special characters or underscore signs
Do you change PC name? Check you have Group in Local Users and Groups in Computer Management like: SQLServerMSSQLUser$WIN-8O1AVCB7E3N$WINCC where $WIN-8O1AVCB7E3N$ is your PC name
