I don't have a capture and run emulator off the shelf.
But I can make my own custom sentinel dongle drivers for the specific software.
Which software do you want to emulate a dongle for ?
There are some companies on the net which can also make a specific dongle driver for your soft, but they charge you a lot of money for it
