How to do ? download not possible from UP.LI.RU

Hi CoMod and other Friends.
I'm from italy and is not possible to download from UP.LI.RU the Cx one 2.0 file's because an error message that my IP is not russian.
I have made a copy/paste of this message . see below

We will try upload to RapidShare... when RapidShare will buy new big disk...
