Simatic NET software provides necessary drivers for CPs and Siemens protocols and offer a OPC Server functionality. It includes OPC Scout (as opc browser and tool for testing OPC Servers). OPC Scout is opc client. OPC client is an another separate program often as a third party product. For Wonderware products it's OPC Link or more modern A2 compliant FSGateway.
