[?+]: WinAC authorization problem

I have instal WinAC and authorization but I have a problem with authorization of WinAC (softPLC WinLC).
Everytime come out this image. Why?

Install short key A1WINA40.ekb for WinAC v4.0 and v4.1 from old discrete keyset by Siemens.exe.
EKB_Install have bug with keys for WinAC and SmartLabel. Will be fixed in next version.

I have install key with siemens.exe; solved the problem now is ok
