i need to monitor information of modbus device with wincc 6
what i need to have and how download them and configure

Use an opc, it is the easiest way, Kepware can be very useful. Or try a Modbus cp 341 or 441, other option is to use a S7-200 as modbus master and PC-Access OPC to wincc.
