You can get this hotfixes only at request by customer support.

Please can sombody provide this HotFixes?

HW Config
With certain configurations for CPU4xx V5.0 as PN IO controller (clock pulse < 1 ms) and IE/PB links as PN IO devices in V5.4 SP1, sometimes individual DP slaves could not be put into operation downstream from an IE/PB link. This reaction was corrected in Hotfix 2 for V5.4 SP1.
The IM466 functions without restriction in configurations together with CP443-1 Advanced and CP443-5 Extended.
The firmware update in the SIMATIC Manager was improved for the IM151-3 PN.
A discrepancy error (discrepancy time expired) is now also recognized for redundantly installed digital input modules following the failure and return of the master system.
As of STEP 7 V5.4 SP1 Hotfix 2, both CPUs with the order numbers 6ES7 612-2QH10-0AB4 and 6ES7 616-2QL10-0AB4 are CiR capable. Configuration in run (CiR) is described in the help on STEP 7 under "Modifying the system during operation via CiR" or in the manual of the same name. Both CPUs can only be configured and operated in a PC station. If one of the CPUs is used in a PC station in the operating mode CiR, no additional components (application/CP/CPU) can be configured in the PC station.

The SNMP variable export for IPC profiles has been updated.
The system behavior of the CP343-1EX21 (6GK7 343-1EX21-0XE0 V1.1) has been improved.
For OPC, the behavior during "immediate response" has been updated.
The function "Upload" for configurations with DP/AS I-slaves has been improved.

SIMATIC Manager
The behavior of the function "Save As with Reorganization" has been improved.

Report System Error
Hotfix 2 for STEP 7 V5.4 SP1 is prerequisite for the operation of the SIMATIC Maintenance Station.
