Why there is no computer ID, license code and valid date?

Keys (Serial No.) is independed from hardware - no need License Code and Computer ID.
For all PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)

create new file 1.reg include:

DeviceXPlorer OPC Server DxpSERVER series is new opc edition V5.0.0.1

I downloaded dxp2007 and installed but there is no option for entering serial number.
If anyone has an older copy of the program or if there is newer serial numbers please post.
