Hi,
I read something about this forgot where, Ill tell you once i recall it. It says that there are only supported (ex20-0aa0)that can be seen on the accessible nodes,. Are you able to ping the ip adress of the cp from your PG? If yes can you monitor the status of the PLC?

Warm regards,
Rey

Hello,

It is CP343-1 or CP343-1 Lean ? We are using Lean's without any problem uploading and downloading projects from local or remote locations. One thing - you cannot connect PC with CP343 using "straight" cable, it must be crossed, or you have to use a normal ethernet switch with straight cables.

Check again your IP adresses in CP343 and PC including submasks.

out.

when I choose "display accessible node"
I can see the stations
while I cannot ping the ip address of the CP

Hi

how it said bunglehead, you need MPI cable for download the address of the CP, I mean IP. But if this has been already done, check cable (type of cable - cross or straight, which you connect to the CP, and if you have some other device between PC and CP (swicth, hub), you can check also. And check also subnet mask of IP address (your - PC and CP must be the same)

hi

about difference read here: http://www.duxcw.com/faq/network/hubsw.htm
For direct connection PC-CP you need crossover cable. If you are using switch you need 2 straight -thru cables

PC <-> Hub/Switch <-> S7-3**-PN/CP343/443

PC <-> S7-3**-PN/CP343/443

Have you tried with ISO Protocol?, just give the mac address in HW for the CP and use ISO protocol in PG/PC Interface, mark Ip protocol too, and you got it.
